our arrows are built to your exact specifications and packaged in dozen boxes
for shipment. In most cases,
we can usually ship your finished arrows by the next day.
If components are not in stock or if you want any of the "extra cost" options,
we can expect to complete your order within one week of the date that we
receive it.

Fletching Options
We fletch our arrows using Trueflight feathers in
left wing only.
Cuts available - 5" Shield Shape, 5",
4" and 3" Parabolic,
4 1/2" lo-profile banana, 5
1/2 banana and 5 1/2" traditional shape.
Fletching Colors
Dyed White Feathers - White, Pink,
Chartreuse, Red, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Black, Bronze Brown, Leaf
Green, Gray and Purple.
Dyed
Barred Feathers - Gray, Green, Red, Autumn Brown,
Yellow, Leaf, Orange, and Purple.
Economy Grade Arrows
Our aluminum arrows are crown-dipped (10") with a clear-coat to enhance fletching durability. Wood
arrows are stained dark mahogany and clear-coated full length.
Carbon shafting does not require a clear dip for feather adhesion. We use only Bohning products (paints & adhesives) in the manufacture of Custom and Economy
grade arrows.
Nocks Available
In most
cases, we use Easton Super Nocks in applications where a push-in nock is
required (carbon shafting and aluminum with uni-bushings). Colors available are
solid Black, White, Yellow, Green and Orange. Arrow shafting the requires
glue-on nocks will be fitted with
Arizona Plasti-nocks or Bohning Classic nocks.
Custom Crown Dip and Cresting
We use
color crown dip and hand cresting on arrows to provide a
distinctly custom look. The crown dip is approximately 10" long and is
available in white, red or yellow colors. Custom cresting bands are
applied to the shaft in colors to complement the crown dip color, nock colors
and fletching colors.
Our
finished arrows are built to your specifications. Full length, with points
loose or cut to length with points installed. Boxed in dozen packs and
shipped via
U.S. Post Office. Please provide us with your zip
